Welcome to Prologis Park Lodi, one of the most important and innovative logistics parks in Italy. Here, thanks to the collaboration of CEVA Logistics, we have created a pilot project inspired by a new development philosophy called PARKlife™. This, developed by Prologis internationally, aims to focus on the needs of those who work in the logistics park.

The objective is to think of the logistics park more and more as a place for socializing where it is possible to find a series of services that enrich the working day: from public transport to services, from possible leisure activities to opportunities for meeting people.

The very idea of sustainability must now include the usability and livability of spaces. More and more attention to internal areas such as relaxation rooms, multifunctional rooms etc. and to those outside with the creation of spaces for recreation and leisure, playgrounds, safe pedestrian paths, health trails and cycle paths, shady areas, redesign of the green, which allow those who live in the park to do physical activity or to chill out. Not to mention the aesthetic aspects thanks to the introduction of an urban art path that enriches the facades of the buildings.

The Prologis Park Lodi has been recently redesigned to offer those who work or frequent it a more pleasant, comfortable environment with new services.
